Asset Reporting Analyst - NN

Location: The Hague
Salary: € 3784 - € 5405 a month
Employment: Full-time
You dive deep into specific areas of our monthly financial reports so NN Group can present reliable data to all stakeholders. That strengthens the image NN Group has among regulators.

This job offers you a monthly salary with a maximum of €5405,- depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour work week, excluding a 13th month and holiday allowance.

Your impact as Asset Reporting Analyst at NN Group

You have a lot of operational activities on your agenda. You process finance/risk reporting data and implement process improvements and business changes. A challenging job when you consider that NN Groups reputation is at stake. NN Group needs the best possible reports to inform all stakeholders well.

You are curious about possibilities to improve efficiency, and you investigate all options to build tools to help with that. In this way, you identify and implement process optimisation. You also help test business changes in the data warehouse. We deal with many department/organisation-wide change initiatives, like ESG, IFRS17, SII, and EIOPA regulations, with which you also help.

Your responsibilities

  • You support the monthly close and reporting cycle while delivering consistent data on time in partnership with data suppliers and data users
  • You perform data management activities such as performing data quality, completeness, and correctness checks with the support of data tooling
  • You perform proactive communication with different stakeholders
  • You serve as a functional expert for data delivery towards stakeholders

Who you are

You know your way around investment financial data and standards like IFRS9, Solvency II. This makes it easy to integrate into the team. Especially with your positive mindset and open attitude. You like to share your knowledge of insurance/banking/asset management processes and platforms.

Your eye for detail and your perseverance help you to push the team to reach our goals. You work well in a dynamic environment where collaboration and continuous improvement are key. Furthermore, you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance/Econometrics and 2-4 years of experience supporting business operations within a finance, risk and/or asset management environment
  • Good presentation, writing, and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Solvency II/QRT processes
  • Excellent communication skills in English (also preferably in Dutch)

It is important that you are currently working in the EU.

Your colleagues

You will be part of our multicultural team of 6 (within our Data Services team which is part of the Liability Accounting department, of the Financial Service Center), where everyone has a different levels of expertise. You matter as a person; therefore, we pay attention to your needs. We work autonomously but join forces when we work on the monthly reports. As a team, we are visible in the projects we work on because we deliver critical data for Finance/Risk functions of NN Group. We work on several business changes and transformation initiatives.
