As an Azure Data Engineer within NN Bank, you help building a datalake for the Mortgages department in NN Bank. This project will take place from June until November 2023.
Your impact as Azure Data Engineer at NN Bank
Implement ELT/ETL pipelines to ingest, clean, curate and serve high quality, understandable, secure and accessible data products using Medallion Architecture.
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to program the necessary logic for transforming source to target data via the mentioned pipeline.
Your colleagues
You will work with 3 Azure Data engineers, Senior Data Engineer, Datalake community and Functional content matter experts. We give the team a lot of freedom in order to determine the best way to reach our goal. We like to keep an informal way of working while achieving great results!
Who you are
We are looking for someone who is analytic, decisive and result-driven. You are also a team player who contributes to our team spirit.
The required skill set for this position is:
- Python, Pyspark, Pytest and Great Expectations are must haves.
- Deltalake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Datalake Storage, Azure DevOps are nice to have.
- We expect a minimum of 2 years of experience in the must have skills.
At NN we work hybrid, partly from home and partly at the office. Teams meet in digital, physical or hybrid ways. You decide with your team which way suits best. We have designed our office in such a manner that each way of working is accommodated. The official office for this team is Rotterdam.
