Skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or prior experience in software development systems
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Big Data / Cloud platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products
- Experience with model system infrastructure in AWS (CloudFormation/CDK is nice to have)
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions in the cloud to meet complex business data requirements
- Recent experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP is a must
- Strong Data Modelling skills, including third normal form, star schema, Snowflake, etc.
- SQL expertise and experience in Analytics utilizing complex SQL skills
- Hands-on experience designing and building data marts, warehouses, customer profile databases, and other related systems
- Ability to map business needs to data structures, and experience with data modelling and table design
- Development experience in Azure Microsoft Stack
- Able to design a secure and futureproof data architecture
- Plenty of knowledge of Azure DEVOPS, AWS Cloud, JavaScript, Python and SDKs
- Preferably knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, Confluent Kafka, Neo4J
- General Marketing understanding can be beneficial in this role
- Security awareness on the level of a financial is preferred
- Eagerness to learn new things
- A passion for automating and implementing recurring tasks
- Knowledge of how to work in an Agile environment where collaboration and continuous improvements are the foundations
You are part of the marketing automation team which is responsible for the maintenance and development of the Adobe platform. With a mix of product specialists and devops we are covering the areas of Adobe Analytics, the Adobe Customer Data Platform for audiences, Adobe Journey Optimizer for journey planning, Adobe Target for personalization and Data Collection for web and app. We work agile with a Product Owner and agile coach to continuously improve ourselves and bring out the best in each other. We closely cooperate with several end-to-end business unit teams and other platform teams like CUDAP team (Customer Data), Salesforce ServiceCloud, CMS etc. Our communication is really open; like our values ‘Care, Clear and Commit’ we do what we tell and we tell what we do. And of course we like to have a very good time with each other!
