As a Service Management Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

The PwC Technology and Network Information Security (NIS) team at PwC is searching for talented security and technology professionals to build out a new centre of excellence in the Netherlands. 

Operating on a local, regional and global scale, Network Information Security (NIS) is responsible for the definition of our security strategy to hands on execution of our global Cyber Readiness Program, moving from predominantly local to centralised services. Global Technology is responsible for driving the adoption and operation of global IT services across the organisation.

What does your work look like?

As a Service Management Analyst, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

  • Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends. 
  • Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance. Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice. 
  • Seek and embrace opportunities which give exposure to different situations, environments and perspectives. 
  • Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others. 
  • Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality relationships. 
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. 

Who are you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT Security;
  • Minimum of High School Diploma (Bachelor Diploma is a preference);
  • Ability to perform advanced analysis of data and present findings in a meaningful way; 
  • Ability to storytell effectively through data visualization using standard industry tools and programming languages such as, MS Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, R or python, etc.;
  • Demonstrate an understanding  of information security program strategy, priorities, and structure;
  • Ability to interview various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation, working with product management, product support, marketing, other SMEs to clarify business requirements and documentation assignments; 
  • Demonstrate ability to present to various customers, stakeholders and leadership.
