This job offers you a monthly salary with a maximum of €7616,- depending on your knowledge and experience. This is based on a 40-hour work week, excluding a 13th month and holiday allowance.
Your impact as Lead Asset Reporting Analyst at NN Group
We receive a lot of finance/risk reporting data during the month, and you ensure that your team processes this data into clear reports. Our stakeholders depend on it because they use the data we provide. As a strong stakeholder manager, you assure the reliability of all data.
You lead your team, coach your team members on performing operational activities, and implement process improvements and business changes. Your goal is to optimise existing processes.
You will identify opportunities for automation and plan for implementation based on business cases. Furthermore, you will contribute to department/organisation-wide change initiatives (Eg, ESG, IFRS17, SII, EIOPA regulations etc.). You will take charge of the change planning for your team.
Your responsibilities
- You provide oversight for the monthly close and reporting cycle of the Asset reporting stream
- You streamline the process of data management, such as performing data quality, completeness, and correctness checks with the support of data tooling
- You perform proactive communication with different stakeholders
- You serve as a functional expert for data delivery towards stakeholders
- You will own the control framework and will liaise with internal and external auditors in various control-related activities

- A master’s degree in Finance/Econometrics and at least 7 years of experience supporting business operations within a finance, risk and/or asset management environment
- Excellent presentation, writing, and Excel skills
- Hands-on experience in Solvency II, IFRS 17/IFRS 9 related projects
- Excellent communication skills in English (also preferably in Dutch)

You will be part of our multicultural team of 6 (within our Data Services team which is part of the Liability Accounting department, of the Financial Service Center), where everyone has a different levels of expertise.
