Responsibilities - How can you make a lasting impact in a rapidly changing world?
We are looking for a highly motivated and capable professional to join our expanding team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and/or deliver consulting projects end-to-end. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of industries, assisting organizations on how they manage and report on value creation or sustainability information, including greenhouse gas emissions, responsible supply chains, climate risk and non-financial reporting.
- Design, test and implement sustainability processes/governance/KPIs/data governance and architecture.
- Conducting ESG Impact Assessments.
- Support in preparing for compliance with certification initiatives (such as TCFD, CDP, SBTi).
- Provide input and content for - and present in - webinars, workshops and conferences.
Job requirements - Where do you start if you want to change the world?
EY is looking for a talented Senior Manager to help clients respond to issues across the sustainability agenda. To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 8+ years of experience in sustainability assurance or consulting.
- Hands-on experience with CSRD and EU Taxonomy.
- Professional level of English (Second language at professional level is a big plus especially Dutch for Dutch clients).
- At least a University Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, for example environmental science, engineering, mathematics, finance or economics.
We are looking for individuals from varied backgrounds that want to be part of a culturally diverse team. Furthermore, it would be great if you have a strong team leadership track record. Prior consulting experience is an absolute must-have.
