As a senior Business Consultant you play a pivotal role in the business capabilities development, delivery and control for the Future Credits domain. You help realise the execution of the CADM mission: delivering tomorrow’s data driven and agile foundation. You create business capabilities and processes, while carefully balancing the requirements between our different stakeholders. You are part of, and work together within a small team, to ensure that consistent capabilities are being developed and delivered. At the same time you interact with various stakeholders to make sure our deliverables are aligned and adopted. Your responsibilities within the function are:

• Fleshing out your vision regarding the business capabilities for the Future Credits domain
• Designing capabilities that offer insights into the relationship between the (business) products, processes and organisational structures 
• Presenting the CADM point of view and complex (business) information clearly and without ambiguity to various stakeholders
• Assisting various parties in building & implementing business capabilities governed through the standard change process: coordinate and be assertive when it comes to solving dependencies or complex problems.

You are a leader, someone who is confident in his/her vision and can develop it within his/her specific domain. A pragmatic and realistic individual who is able to set a vision and inspire everyone to follow. You love connecting dots and painting a bigger picture. You work well in teams and are able to communicate and present your point of view clearly to stakeholders while working together with them to solve complex problems. Your experience in working in a dynamic environment allows you to oversee complex landscapes where different interests intertwine. Additionally, you have:

• A Master’s degree or similar;
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience with Business consultancy in a global corporation
• The ability to balance out issues on the conceptual and strategic level while focusing on impact
• A continuous learning mindset with a strong persistence towards completing tasks within deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven the ability to influence, engage and align people in cross-functional roles at all levels
