Job description
The Sustainable & Impact Equity Team manages for its clients a range of funds and mandates that focus on Sustainable and Impact investments, taking on board Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) integration and Impact targets like the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This team is continuously looking for innovation, also in the area of ESG, Impact and behavioral data sources, all to further enhance the investment process. Our Data Scientist will drive research and innovation in these areas to generate new insights and additional value in the investment process.
Meet your team
This vacancy is located within the Sustainable and Impact research team, a team of 9 analysts whose primary focus is to perform in-depth, bottom-up company & equity analysis in combination with innovate quantitative tools and new technologies to gain new insights to support the investment process. The team has a global scope, including developed and emerging markets, and is organized along industry, value chain and thematic lines. Location of the team is the Hague.

Profile
Most important job requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Degree in Econometrics / Mathematics or similar (PhD an advantage)
- Experience with programming languages like Python, SQL and/or R and know how to work with unstructured data
- Strong drive for innovation and integration of new technologies in investing
- Proven affinity with Data Science
- As a Senior Data Scientist your personal qualities will play a decisive role.
